Hi-Speed Document Scanning

After the entire collation, arrangement and cleaning process, we ensure the data is sent for the scanning. We use advanced tools and software for high resolution scanning by which it is clearly visible. In the first level of scanning, we save the documents in the image files.
Document Conversion Process
We use the Optical Character Recognition (OCR) process to covert the image files into readable text files. Although it sounds simple and easy but it is one of the toughest process in digitization.

Data Structuring

For easy retrieval and accessibility, our team adds file names and processes it further into a structured data.

Formatting and Packaging

Once the data is properly structured it is further converted into the required format. Whether it be PDF or .DOC, the entire data is formatted as per the client’s requirements. Post formatting we run a quality check which further makes it error free and flaw less. We add the entire data into the right packaging, i.e. DVD or CD.
